We have installed our 1st Beach Clean Bench. We are delighted to announce that the 1st of our beach clean benched has been placed on Ulva and what a view!
Beach clean Benched are an idea we had after seeing what the clever people at 2 minute beach clean did to highlight beach waste and how to measure it. We though that their A-boards were a great idea for businesses based on the beach and can take them in each night. We don’t have too many on them on Mull!, but have lots of people enjoying the wide open spaces. The premis is simple, take a bag or use your own, collect some rubbish, photograph it, tag it on the #2minutebeachclean Instagram/Facebook site and then either bin it or recycle it.
