Business Recycling Collections
Cans and plastic recycling collection for businesses.
We offer a pay as you go recycling service to business’s on Mull. This scheme operates with the support of Argyll and Bute Council. Where a business reduces either the number or size of their general bin, or the frequency of uplift, they may be able to reduce their overall waste disposal charges.
All businesses, including holiday home providers, are legally obliged to recycle.
We can collect fortnightly throughout the island and can offer weekly or fortnightly collection in Tobermory. Our collection service is flexible and we can arrange frequency of your collection to fit your needs. If you don’t need a collection during the quieter winter months we can suspend collections to offer a more seasonal service and you get billed quarterly only for collections done.
We provide 240L bins for this service. Previously we provided bins for cans and another for plastic but now cans and plastics can be mixed in the same bin.
Costs are £3 per bin collection. Reduction for charities.
