The Pebble Trust, a Scottish charity, was established in 2014 by Penny Edwards and Martin Sherring. CRNS exists to build a stronger community reuse, repair and recycling sector in Scotland that can create real social, environmental and economic benefits within our local communities. Most of our members are social enterprises managing waste resources at a local level through reuse, repair, recycling and waste education activities.
Aims to raise awareness of the need to reduce food waste and help us take action. It shows that by doing some easy practical everyday things in the home we can all waste less food, which will ultimately benefit our purses and the environment too.
Love Food Hate Waste have worked with us in our rethink project and delivered workshops and shared resources.
Our local council provide recycling services and we work in partnership with them as much as possible.
There is a MESS container at Glengorm Amenity Site that the council have provided to help reduce landfill. If you are taking an item up for landfill, check the information on the container to see if we can accept it and put it in the MESS container where we will do our best to reuse.
Argyll and Bute council currently service our recycling on the go bins.

At Revolve we are dedicated to ensuring our customers and re-use organisations are happy. Re-use organisations interested in becoming a Revolve accredited organisation must work to the Revolve re-use quality standards.
Revolve organisations are assessed in areas such as customer care, shop layout, product testing and health and safety.
When you see the Revolve brand at your local re-use centre, you can be sure that they are an accredited organisation.
